About ICCP
-
Founded in the early 1980s by North Valley Muslims, the Islamic Community Center of Phoenix (ICCP) has grown steadily alongside the community. In 1997, ICCP moved into its current location—a building formerly used as a church. Thanks to generous member donations, the center has expanded over time and is now undertaking the construction of a larger permanent masjid designed to accommodate over 800 worshippers for Friday prayers.
Since 1982, ICCP has been a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. All donations are tax-deductible (Tax ID: 94-2925023), and the land is held in Islamic trust by the North American Islamic Trust (NAIT), ensuring its preservation for the benefit of the Muslim community.
